Expected to be completed in 2019
An office condo sitting just west of Aventura named Emerald has launched sales with groundbreaking targeted for early 2018.
Premium Developer Group’s property at 2655 Northeast 186th Terrace will total 120,000 square feet upon completion, with 40,000 square feet of leasable office space currently presented by CBRE and Miami Real Estate Group.
Designed by Miami firm Oppenheim Architecture, the project is 30 percent pre-sold and office condos are priced at $500 per square foot, per the South Florida Business Journal. Also included in the new project will be six conference rooms, two balconies, a rooftop garden, and a 132-space parking garage.
The land was acquired for $3 million in 2015 and the building is expected to be completed in 2019.
