A penthouse at Aqua on Miami Beach’s Allison Island recently sold for $3.1 million, the highest priced sale in the building’s 11-year history and the biggest sale on the small island within the last year.
The 3,442-square-foot corner unit boasts two first-level balconies and a large rooftop terrace with a spa. With four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the residences’s most striking features are its views, mostly of the intracoastal but also the ocean in the distance.
The unit was listed for $3.5 million in June and last sold for $2.6 million in 2005. It was brokered by Jeff Morr of the Jeff Morr Team at Douglas Elliman and Gisela Caccimani of EWM.
