Less than a year after purchasing a mansion in Pinecrest for $4.8 million and Miami Heat guard Tyler Johnson has already returned his 12,000-square-foot home to the market with an ask of $5.25 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The 24-year-old’s Mediterranean home stretches nearly 12,000 square feet, with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It features dual chef kitchens, a media room, entertaining room, advanced security system, elevator, and a half-court basketball court.
Johnson, who signed a four-year contract last summer for $50 million guaranteed, had a nice year with the Heat last season, averaging career highs in points (13.7), rebounds (4.2), and assists (3.0) off the bench.
Johnson and his fiancée, Ashley Fletcher, planned to have two relatives live with them but the plans changed as they’ve decided to look for a smaller home, with Johnson’s fiancee telling WSJ “it’s too big for our family size right now.”
Among the tweaks to the residence since the purchase last Fall: creating an in-ground trampoline, adding a playground, and upgrading the basketball court.
