Become the NBA center’s neighbor
Meet Park Bay House, a new spec home on Miami Beach three doors down from Chris Bosh that’s asking $25.5 million.
The 12,000-square-foot waterfront contemporary was developed by Bart Reines and Brett Palos, in a collaboration with Argent Design. It has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 100 feet of water frontage, facing west along Biscayne Bay.

Additional features include a rooftop terrace, elevator, movie theater, three family rooms, and a summer kitchen.
The home will also host a private, two-day preview of a Latin American art show called Cuba Moderna by auction on Oct. 29 and Oct. 30.
One of the artworks, Wifredo Lam’s “Sur Les Traces (Transformation),” is valued as high as $3.5 million, or roughly 13 percent of the mansion’s asking price.
The property last sold for $6.45 million in 2014.
