Where the photos blow away the renderings
Rarely do the enchanting renderings of mansions asking $25.5 million get surpassed by the actual photos, but in the case of the Miami Beach spec home we posted about yesterday, this is undoubtedly the case.
More details, from yesterday:
The 12,000-square-foot waterfront contemporary was developed by Bart Reines and Brett Palos, in a collaboration with Argent Design. It has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 100 feet of water frontage, facing west along Biscayne Bay.
Additional features include a rooftop terrace, elevator, movie theater, three family rooms, and a summer kitchen.
Beautiful.
